1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to BuildrClub ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

BuildrClub is a private online platform designed to connect startup founders, enable collaboration, and facilitate the formation of founding teams.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and truthful
  • You are legally allowed to use such services under applicable laws

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. ACCOUNT & ACCESS

  • Access to the Platform is restricted and requires approval
  • Membership may be subject to payment
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are fully responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion.

4. PLATFORM PURPOSE

The Platform enables users to:

  • Publish startup ideas
  • Interact with other founders
  • Connect and communicate
  • Explore collaboration opportunities

We do NOT guarantee:

  • The success of any project
  • The quality, reliability, or intentions of any user
  • Any business, financial, or personal outcome

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content you share
  • You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users
  • Any agreements, partnerships, or collaborations are strictly between users

BuildrClub is NOT a party to any agreement made between users.

6. NO LIABILITY FOR USER INTERACTIONS

We do NOT monitor, control, or take responsibility for:

  • Conversations between users
  • Messages exchanged through the platform
  • Agreements or disputes between users
  • Any misconduct, fraud, or damages caused by users

You use the Platform and interact with others at your own risk.

7. CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Users may share ideas, business concepts, or confidential information.

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Idea theft
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Unauthorized use of content by other users

You are responsible for protecting your own intellectual property.

8. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

You agree NOT to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or mass outreach
  • Use the Platform for commercial solicitation outside its intended purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or manipulate other users
  • Scrape, extract, or copy user data or content
  • Resell, share, or distribute user contacts or data obtained from the Platform
  • Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities

9. INSTANT BAN & ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the absolute right to:

  • Suspend or permanently ban any user
  • Delete any account and associated data

This may occur WITHOUT prior notice in cases including (but not limited to):

  • Spam or solicitation
  • Abuse or inappropriate behavior
  • Attempt to extract or resell user data
  • Violation of these Terms

No refund will be issued in case of termination due to violation.

10. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Access to the Platform may require a paid subscription
  • Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
  • Subscriptions may be recurring unless canceled

By subscribing, you agree that:

  • You authorize recurring charges where applicable
  • You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

11. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

In the event of:

  • Payment disputes
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraudulent claims

We reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Deny future access to the Platform

Abuse of payment systems will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BuildrClub shall NOT be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or opportunities
  • Disputes between users
  • Any actions resulting from platform use

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

13. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France.
